Very Good

Facilities were great, with a play ground for kids is perfect for small kids,

we had to change room due a leaking toiled in the bath room, bit the staff did the best to resolve the inconvenience

Wonderful

Breakfast is tasty and filling; the family apartment is excellent, with heaps of space. The pool is lovely, and the kids play area is amaxing.

The mattress is hard, but I am fussy about mattresses, so that's a me issue.

Cute stay in a nice area

Cute stay near the main area. I had a nice room, with a view over the canal, khlong, and close enough to some nice places like theCOMMONS, good coffee and a decent walk to the skytrain. Short ride to the parks.

The cleanness could be improved as i had some ants every day without keeping food in the room. And the AC was dripping one day. Overall the location was nice but a bit far from the grande palace and chinatown.

LOVED IT

The hotel room was like an apartment, has a separate living area and kitchen area with a balcony. The room was spacious bed was comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom have sewage smell. The staff are all accommodating, very helpful, very friendly. I would like to mention their manager (forgot her name), Khun Blue and Khun Wan at the reception who were quite lovely and attentive. Special thanks to the housekeeper on the 5th floor - we stayed in 516. I don’t know her name but she was quite friendly and made conversation with us and told us about the pier. The location is perfect, it was only a walking distance to the nearest 7-Eleven, and Thonglor Pier, we took the boat to platinum amour it was quite fun. This is my third Kokotel, I’ve stayed in two others before.

Hotel with a kids play area..

Travelling with a 3 year old and getting to choose this was by far the best thing I did for the number of times I've been to Bangkok. Came for medical check at Bangkok Hospital, being walking distance and 7 eleven at the turn out was great. The floors had water dispensers and it was very convenient to have laundry/dryer on sixth floor. Couldn't have asked for more

A microwave in that kitchen would have made a huge difference. It even had the space for one.

Spacious and clean - not the best location or pool

The room was spacious and clean, the hotel had a fun slide and kid play area in the lobby, the breakfast was small but I liked that it didn't feel wasteful in anyway and still had options.

The kitchen area in the room was large but had no plates or utensils which seemed odd given the kitchen layout (large kitchen cabinets, etc). The breakfast had a few fruit flies. The pool (one of the reasons we picked this hotel) was freezing, so cold we could not enjoy it - plus you have to walk through the dining room to enter and exit the pool which is a little awkward. The location was not super walkable and the traffic was horrible.

I recommend to stay here, but try to avoid ear here.

Absolutely comfortable plase, quite, clean, with nice view. Friendly staff.

Kitchen. Breakfast wasn’t tasty and a la carte menu was absolutely awful and overpriced. We ordered 4 dishes and all of them wasn’t good.

Superb staff, shame about the location (if you are a tourist).

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room (family 2 bedroom) was really spacious and clean.

Location - you need to get a taxi to go anywhere, even to the closet Metro or BTS station. Traffic is horrendous, so getting around to sightsee was tricky. Breakfast was limited.

Nice clean hotel close to train station

Nice hotel close to public transport. I chose this hotel as it was only a 5 minute taxi ride from the train line to the airport which took allot of stress from my early morning flight departure. My booking was upgraded to a large one bedroom suite which was much appreciated.

No cash policy was annoying as I couldn't use the remaining Thai baht before leaving the country.

Cozy,warm, friendly, comfortable feeling like stay in your own condo. Good breakfast, few choices, but more than breakfast choice at home.

Comfortable large room in quiet location. Cleaned every day. Good WiFi and workspace.

Room has a kitchen bit nothing in it except a kettle. A microwave would be great so you can heat up food from 7-11 or other places. There are very few restaurants in the area so eating was an issue. Hotel restaurant is OK but seems to run out of things.
